I’m Bruce McIntyre, and I am a freelance Cinematographer and

Photographer. As such, I get to explore and share the world around

us. I enjoy creating documentary films and working with small

businesses in creating their commercials. My photography has taken

me through a veteran’s portrait project and travel, nature, and landscape work.

My veteran’s project started as a class project and developed into a

perpetual one.

 

My interest in photography began as a young child and followed me

through my travels since. I became interested in filmmaking when my

friends and I were assigned a project in high school. Both of these

lifetime hobbies have now developed into a great career.

 

After completing 26 years in the US Navy, I pursued a master’s degree

in Photography from the Academy of Arts University in San Francisco.

After completing that degree in May of 2020, I worked on a second

bachelor’s degree in Digital Cinematography from Full Sail University

in Winter Park, Florida, graduating in 2023.
